Privacy Policy

Effective 5 September 2026 · Version 1.1

This policy explains how AI Tools & Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631788M), trading as AI Technologies, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA").

1 · Who we are

AI Tools & Technologies Pte. Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore on 14 July 2026, registered office at 10 Anson Road, #33-03, International Plaza, Singapore 079903. We are the organisation responsible for personal data collected through aitechnologies.sg.

2 · Personal data we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. Through the enquiry form: your name, work email address, company name, industry, engagement interest and the content of your message. If you choose to complete our optional pre-consultation questionnaire, we also collect the business information you provide there — which may include how your organisation generates revenue, the outcomes you are seeking, who owns technology decisions internally, the business systems you use, your organisation's headcount, the size of your internal technology function, your prior experience with AI tools, and your timing. Completing that questionnaire is entirely optional and it is not a condition of any response or service. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for security and reliability purposes.

3 · Purposes and consent

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, to understand your business well enough to advise on it, to scope and deliver consulting services, to maintain business records, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send occasional updates about our work. Information provided through the optional pre-consultation questionnaire is used solely to prepare for and inform our discussions with you; it does not create or alter any marketing consent, and no marketing consent is requested on that form. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting our Data Protection Officer; we will action a withdrawal within a reasonable period and will tell you if it affects services we can provide.

4 · Disclosure and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to service providers acting as our data intermediaries — currently our website hosting, content delivery, data storage and application infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) and our email and enquiry-handling provider (Brevo) — and where required by Singapore law, regulation or a lawful request from a public authority. Enquiry and questionnaire records are stored in Amazon Web Services' Singapore region. Data intermediaries are bound by written agreements to process data only on our instructions and to protect it to a standard consistent with the PDPA.

5 · Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps under the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, through contractual commitments.

6 · Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, and client engagement records for the period required by the Companies Act 1967 and applicable tax law (generally five years), after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

7 · Protection

We apply reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures — encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, and vendor due diligence — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. In the event of a notifiable data breach we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required under Part 6A of the PDPA.

8 · Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you and information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, request correction of any error or omission, or withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to our Data Protection Officer. We respond within 30 days where practicable; if we cannot, we will tell you when we will.

9 · Data Protection Officer

Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at the registered office address above, marked for the attention of the Data Protection Officer. See the Data Protection page for how to make a request.

10 · Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer first so we can put it right. If the matter remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

11 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
